I push through it. Feelings don't get to determine my day. I have responsibilities and I handle them.
I try to figure out the cause. Usually there's a reason, like bad sleep or something stressful, and once I identify it I can work around it.
I give myself space to feel it. The heaviness might be telling me something I need to hear before I just power through.
I notice the heaviness, sit with it for a moment without needing to fix or explain it, then choose how I want to meet the day.
I notice the feeling arise, recognize it as weather passing through awareness, and rest in the space that holds it. The day unfolds from there.
